Stone farmhouse with a view

In Monferrato, a Unesco heritage area, with a panoramic view over the hills and vineyards, a typical Piedmontese farmhouse built in "pietra da cantoni". The property has been recently renovated, preserving the typical features of the original building from the beginning of the 20th century, such as the pietra da cantoni of the façade and the brick vaults. From the main entrance of the house we find a typical central staircase in Luserna stone, a cosy living room with red brick vaults, a kitchen, a service/laundry room and a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom and independent access to the external corridor. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom. The property can be extended by renovating the second floor and the 'former barn' area, the roof has been completely redone and the current condition of the property is as good as new. Outside there is a paved area and a beautiful garden with views over the hills and vineyards, with a timed automatic irrigation system using the large rainwater collection system.
