We are located in a quiet rural area about ten minutes by car from Tortona, very close to the motorway, which allows you to reach Milan, Genoa, Piacenza and Turin in about an hour. The location is easy to reach and is ideal both as a first home and as a second home where you can regenerate and spend relaxing weekends in the countryside, far from the hustle and bustle of city life. The property we are offering is a typical country house, open on four sides, with a pleasant garden of approximately 200 square metres to the front and agricultural land of approximately one hectare to the rear. The house was built in the 1940's and completely renovated in the 1980's.
