Historic building in town centre

The history of this property dates back to ancient times. In fact, it seems that the castle was built in the 10th century and, after passing through the hands of the most powerful families of the time, in 1708 it became part of the Savoy State in a dilapidated state. The remains of the castle were acquired in 1970 and the property was completely restored in 2022. The part of the building has three floors connected by a glazed lift to the upper terrace with a large garden overlooking the entire village with a 360 degree view. The restoration is of excellent quality, with original elements and the most valuable element is undoubtedly the uniqueness of the architectural features.
